2008 Democratic National Convention
North Fulton Democrats can be a part of the process -- In 2008, the Democratic National Convention will officially determine the Democratic Party's Presidential Nominee. The Convention is slated to be held August 25 –28, 2008, in Denver, Colorado. It is expected to draw some 35,000 guests to the region including delegates, politicians and an influx of media and political enthusiasts from around the nation.
To become a Georgia Delegate to the Convention, you must run in your Congressional District. For details on the Georgia Delegate Selection Plan, check here: http://www.georgiademocrat.org/election08/delegates
Delegate Training - February 16, 2008
If you would like to run to be a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 2008, then come to the 6th Congressional District's Delegate Training on Saturday, February 16th from 10:00a.m. to 12 Noon at StarTime Entertainment's Comedy Club in Roswell.
